Privacy notice

What we store. The information you provide during onboarding, your assessment responses, and the results of those assessments.

Where it is stored. Inside a single secure database associated with this platform. When enabled by the counselor, a summary row per completed assessment may also be written to a private Google Sheet used for counseling records.

Who can see it. You, and the counselor or admin who manages this platform. We do not sell or share your data with third-party advertisers.

Security. Connections are encrypted in transit. Passwords are stored as salted hashes. Sessions are signed and expire.

Your rights. You can request a copy of your records or their deletion at any time by contacting the counselor directly.

Not for emergencies. This platform is not a crisis service. If you or someone you know is in danger, please contact local emergency services immediately.

A formal privacy and compliance review is required before using this platform in a regulated clinical setting.
