Is this a diagnostic test?
No. Every assessment here is a reflection or screening tool — not a medical diagnosis. The wording, bands, and interpretations are written to support self-understanding and a conversation with a counselor. If a screening suggests something to look into, the next step is to talk to a qualified professional.
How long does each assessment take?
Most check-ins take 3–8 minutes. The longer career and growth assessments (RIASEC, Values, EI) take 10–15 minutes. You can pause anytime — every answer auto-saves the instant you tap it, and you can resume from any device.
What does the free plan include?
Free accounts can take three foundational assessments — General Well-Being, Anxiety Screening, and one career explorer — each once. You see your score, your band, and a supportive interpretation. History, export, print, and additional assessments unlock on the Plus and Max plans.
How do I unlock a paid assessment?
Open the assessment you'd like to take, tap 'Request booking', and you'll see the price for your city. Once your counselor confirms, you receive an unlock code by email and in your dashboard. Paste the code on the assessment page and you can take it as many times as you like under your current plan.
Will my answers stay private?
Yes. Your data is encrypted in transit, stored in a private database that only your counselor can access, and never sold or shared with third parties. You can request a copy or full deletion of your account at any time from your profile page.
Can I retake an assessment?
On the Plus plan, your single unlocked paid assessment can be retaken without limit. On the Max plan every assessment can be retaken after a 72-hour cooldown so the results stay meaningful. The cooldown exists because rapid retakes tend to reflect mood-of-the-moment rather than a stable pattern.
Are these the same tests psychologists use?
The screenings (WHO-5, GAD-7, MDQ) follow the structure of well-known instruments used in primary care worldwide. Career and growth assessments draw on widely-used frameworks like Holland's RIASEC and Bar-On's EI model. None of this replaces a clinical evaluation by a licensed psychologist.
I'm in crisis — can this platform help?
This is not an emergency service. If you are thinking about harming yourself or someone else, please contact your local emergency number or a crisis line right now. In India, iCall (9152987821) and Vandrevala Foundation (1860-2662-345) operate 24/7.
Do you offer 1:1 counseling sessions?
Yes. After you complete the relevant assessments, you can request a session through the contact options in the footer. The assessments are designed to make that conversation more focused and useful — bring your results, and we'll start from there.
Can I use this on my phone?
Yes — the platform is mobile-first. You can also install it like an app from your browser's 'Add to home screen' menu so it opens full-screen without browser chrome.
